Tampa International Airport is located just five miles west of downtown Tampa on the east shore of Tampa Bay.
From St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Gulf Beaches and the West
Take Interstate 275 North to exit 39 and follow the signs to the airport entrance.
From Ocala, The Villages, the North
Take Interstate 75 South to Interstate 275 South to exit 39 and follow the signs to the airport entrance.
From Sarasota, Venice, Sun City Center and the South
Take Interstate 75 North to Interstate 4. Travel west on Interstate 4, toward Tampa, to Interstate 275. Go south to exit 39 and follow the signs to the airport entrance.
From Lakeland, Plant City, Orlando, Disney/Universal theme parks and the East
Take Interstate 4 West to Interstate 275 South to exit 39.
From Spruce Street
Take any local road to Columbus Drive or Spruce Street and go west. The airport entrance is west of Westshore Boulevard.
From Highway 60
Highway 60 passes the airport entrance just east of the start of the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The airport entrance is well signed.
From the Veterans Expressway
The airport entrance is just south of the end of the Veterans Expressway as you join Highway 60 eastbound.
